I provide expert guidance, training, and strategic planning to help churches, faith-based organizations, and small businesses create safer environments for their members, staff, and communities. Drawing on real-world experience and best practices in risk management, emergency preparedness, and situational awareness, I deliver practical solutions tailored to both sacred and professional spaces. Services include: Active Shooter Response Training tailored for both places of worship and workplace environments Security Team Development for church ministries and small business staff On-Site Risk Assessments to identify and address safety vulnerabilities Emergency Preparedness Planning, including drills, protocols, and communication strategies CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification to equip teams with life-saving skills Situational Awareness & De-escalation Techniques for handling high-stress or threatening situations


Política de Cancelamento

1. Booking & Payments •All sessions must be booked in advance. •A 25% deposit is required to secure bookings; balance is due 7 days before training. •Sessions are first-come, first-served. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling •24+ hours notice: No penalty. •Less than 24 hours: 50% of class fee will apply; reschedule must occur within 30 days. •Arrivals 10+ minutes late: Considered a missed appointment and subject to rescheduling fee. •No-shows: Non-refundable. 3. Group & On-Site Training •The client must provide a suitable training space, access to necessary equipment, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. •No firearms, ammunition, or weapons permitted, except during designated live-fire sessions at approved ranges. 4. Safety & Liability •Training may involve physical activity and stress-based drills. •Participants must be physically capable of performing course requirements (e.g., CPR compressions, drills, or simulations). •A waiver of liability must be signed before participation. •Seven Shield Safety Solutions is not liable for injuries or medical issues during training. 5. Code of Conduct •All participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. •Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal without refund. •Alcohol, drugs, or impairing substances are strictly prohibited. 6. Certification Policy •Certification courses require full attendance, participation, and successful demonstration of skills. •Refunds will not be issued if a participant fails to meet certification requirements. 7. Additional Terms •Travel fees may apply for off-site training. •All training materials remain the intellectual property of Seven Shield Safety Solutions and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written consent. •Sessions may be rescheduled due to emergencies or instructor illness without penalty. •If the Company cancels, clients will receive a credit. 8. Agreement By booking with Seven Shield Safety Solutions, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms. This Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned participant (“Participant”) in consideration of being permitted to attend, participate in, or otherwise engage in training or services provided by Seven Shield Safety Solutions, LLC (“Company”).
